You must have attended a first timers class before attending a basics class.
Basics classes cover all the fundamental movements of Parkour and many other aspects of Parkour including strength and conditioning training, stretching and the philosophy behind Parkour and the training methods involved.
Basics classes are suitable for all ages and skill levels, from those just starting out to the more advanced who may want to hone some of the more basic techniques.
TIME
Outdoors every Sunday from 2.45pm – 5pm regardless of any weather conditions. The last Sunday class of every month is from 1.15 – 5pm.
Indoors every Monday and Tuesday from 7 – 9pm.
Indoors every Saturday from 2 – 4pm.
COST
$15 for all indoor classes, $10 for the outdoor class. Australian Parkour Association membership entitles people to a $5 discount for indoor and outdoor classes. Membership forms are available here.
