An open session at The Trace Facility suitable for practitioners at all skill levels. Equipment will be provided and people can train as they please, set up things they way they want. You must have at least attended a first timers class to come to an open session.
Instructors will be there to supervise and offer assistance and advice, but keep in mind that this is not a class, but more of an opportunity to train indoors in a space dedicated to Parkour training. Instructors are not there to specifically teach and may even train themselves with the other people there.
Although it is a completely open session, people must respect other peoples training and abide by the safety rules of The Trace Facility and the Australian Parkour Association. If people are seen attempting overly dangerous things they are not ready for, abusing equipment or the facility, or being disruptive to others training they will be asked to stop or leave.
TIME
