This class is for those who do not feel fit enough to participate in Basics or Beyond basicsclasses yet. It can also be benficial to those new to classes who wish to get in some extra training and build up fitness.
The class is designed to teach students the basic strength and fitness fundamanetals to take home and train outside of normal classes and develop the neccessary fitness to participate in other classes.
Because of the design of the class, those who are already attending classes and wish to do some extra training will benefit from participating as well.
