Recommended for Basics and Beyond Basics students. The class will cover a variety of topics within the sessions eg. training for reach/escape situations, training for power, endurance, strengh & other fun stuff. Bring as little as possible eg bag and water bottle. Everyone can benifit from being stronger and more powerful, so come along and get your training to the next level. Remember "be strong to be useful"
